We used Packman Mobile Storage for our recent in-town move. Kim provided stellar customer service throughout the reservation and moving process. Our mobile storage unit was delivered on time and with complete loading instructions, and the unit was moved to our new home as scheduled. We are still in the process of unloading, but so far all of our belongings have made it to the new house undamaged. I would definitely use Packman again, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of mobile storage. After shopping around, I found Packman to be a much better value for local moves than the big-name mobile storage companies, and the service has been excellent for the money.
Kim was awesome to deal with and was very flexible with our timetable, and drop-off/pickup was quick, easy, and right on time!!! Their prices were unbeatable, compared to other mobile storage places in the area! I highly recommend them!
Doing a search for prices on the internet for storage units. Got a call from the owner (Kim) seeing when I needed. Told here we decided to go a different route to many extra fees involved. She said we don't have additional fees. So I asked her what is the fee. She preceded to tell me at the monthly fee, drop off fee, the transferring fee, and the pick up. So I said the additional tack on fee. Then she preceded to get rude and hung up on me. Called back to speak to a manger only to find out it was the owner I as talking to. I told her it was rude to hang up on a client no matter what you may have thought. One star is to much for the RUDE OWNER. HOPE SHE DOESN'T TREAT HER EMPLOYEE THE WAY SHE TREATS CUSTOMERS. Like I told Kim. I wil spread the word on how rude she was.
